As Chairman of the Board, Dr. Janczewski establishes strategy and vision for the company; oversees board and executive committee meetings; and works in partnership with the company executives to make sure board resolutions are implemented. She co-founded CSS in 1988 and has more than 20 years experience in environmental and occupational health assessment and the control of hazards. Dr. Janczewski was a founding member of the American Biological Safety Association, has testified before federal regulatory committees and has been an international speaker and frequent guest on national and international news broadcasts. She holds a Masters of Public Heath in Biohazard Sciences from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health and a Ph.D. in Environmental Biology/Public Policy from George Mason University.

Mr. Lauchner was a co-founder of CSS together with Dr. Janczewski. As CEO of the CSS-Dynamac enterprise, he is responsible for establishing and monitoring long- and short-term business objectives, guiding the strategic planning process, and approving major new initiatives. Mr. Lauchner's executive management education and experience spans more than 30 years and includes a broad range of operations and personnel management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, communications and public relations. He has created and directed industry groups on matters ranging from transportation safety and security to indoor air quality.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Britt is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the combined CSS-Dynamac enterprise. He has served as a senior executive officer of professional service organizations for the past 35 years. He has extensive experience in the life and environmental sciences fields where he has published scientific papers, provided expert Congressional testimony and twice received NASA's Public Service Medal, the highest honor NASA can bestow on a non-civil servant. Mr. Britt holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in biology from Purdue University and the University of Toledo, respectively.

Mr. Ogletree, as the Chief Financial Officer for all of CSS-Dynamac, has overall responsibility for the financial management of the company and its contracts. He has more than 28 years of experience in banking interface and requirements, preparation of financial statements, budget development and reporting, and lease negotiations. Mr. Ogletree is a CPA and holds an M.B.A. from Marymount University and a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.

Dr. Janczewski has overall responsibility for the Scientific Applications operation, supporting the environmental and human health research missions of numerous federal clients. She has been a part of the Leadership Team since 1995, and is involved in both program management and business development activities for CSS-Dynamac. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech, a M.S. in Biology from George Mason University and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland, and served as American Association for the Advancement of Science, Science and Engineering Fellow from 1991 to 1993.

Ms. Morekas leads our Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery operations. She has proven management skills and success in technical training and project direction, business development and proposal preparation. She has managed programs and projects for federal and state/local agencies and for clients in the chemical, manufacturing, property development, and petroleum sectors. She holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from McDaniel College and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University.

Mr. Pierce directs CSS-Dynamac Health & Safety operations and serves as the CSS-Dynamac Health & Safety Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience managing and conducting government and commercial Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) projects, including surveys and monitoring programs designed to identify, evaluate and control chemical, physical and biological hazards; and the design and implementation of ES&H training programs. Mr. Pierce holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist.

Mr. Watkins is responsible for our Transportation Safety & Security operations. Mr. Watkins has more than 40-years of experience in the motor carrier transportation industry encompassing a wide variety of areas including logistics, hazardous materials management, safety, security, operations, emergency response, risk management, policy development, and as a professional commercial motor vehicle operator. He served on numerous committees within the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, and lectured nationwide on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance issues.

Ms. Harvey is responsible for the negotiation, execution and management of all CSS-Dynamac's contracts, and development of competitive cost proposals. Ms. Harvey has more than 25 years of experience in Government contracting, and has held various positions at small, mid-sized and large companies in Contracts Management, including most recently at Ultra Electronics-ProLogic as Executive Vice President of Operations. In May, 2003 she achieved a certification in Contracts and Procurement from the University of Virginia.

Ms. Martin-Brennan is responsible for coordinating CSS-Dynamac federal, state, and commercial space program activities. She is internationally recognized for her contributions and commitment to the advancement of microgravity research and space technology development, and for her leadership in STEM education initiatives. She has been involved in payload management and scientific research in low-Earth orbit for more than 20 years. She serves as the Executive Director of the American Society for Gravitational Space Biology (ASGSB), and coordinated and managed the Exploration Life and Medical Sciences Coalition, a public advocacy group promoting life support and microgravity research. Ms. Martin-Brennan has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and an M.S. in Space Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology.

As the Director of Space Operations, Mr. Martin manages and oversees all of CSS-Dynamac's contracts with NASA and other space-related clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management, project management, information technology and human resources management with Fortune 100 corporations, including Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin), Morton Thiokol (now ATK), Lockheed Space Operations and United Space Alliance (USA). Mr. Martin earned both a B.A. and M.A. in English from California State University.

Ms. Meyer manages and oversees CSS-Dynamac's NOAA and DOI contracts and supports business development initiatives in these areas. She has a strong background in marine conservation, strategic planning, communications and policy support. Ms. Meyer holds a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Marine Science from the Virginia Institute of Marine Science/College of William & Mary.

Mr. Wray supports the firm's business development program, collaborating with other members of the leadership team to develop the company's business development strategy, select bid opportunities, and develop and implement proposal management plans. He began his career working for Eaton Corporation supporting their semi-conductor equipment division, but has spent the past 15-years in multiple positions within the CSS-Dynamac enterprise including Human Resources and Business Development. Mr. Wray holds a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College and graduate work in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University.
