Under a long-term arrangement with Transportation Safety Exchange, Inc. (TSX), CSS-Dynamac developed, implemented and manages most components of the TSX Comprehensive Review (TSX-CR) and motor carrier on-road performance program to support the TSX vision of saving lives, reducing accidents, and minimizing the cost of damages on the nation's highways. Using the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as a base, CSS-Dynamac added best practices into the TSX-CR scoring algorithm establishing the highest safety standard in the country. Motor Carriers seeking TSX approval must submit an application and prequalification questionnaire. Passing that segment of the approval process, all motor carriers are then subject to an on-site TSX-CR, including a detailed evaluation by CSS-Dynamac of the motor carrier's safety management controls. Once approved, the motor carrier's on-road performance is monitored monthly by CSS-Dynamac in order for the carrier to maintain its TSX approval.
