CSS-Dynamac supported the DHS/Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Intermodal Programs Office (IPO) through the production and distribution of a security training program for the nation's HAZMAT motor carrier security managers and drivers. CSS-Dynamac coordinated stakeholder meetings with TSA, PHMSA, and FMCSA to determine training deficiencies within the hazardous materials transportation industry and created security assessment tools for security managers and drivers. The training program was designed to significantly increase the hazmat motor carrier and shipper industry's awareness and understanding of the threats and vulnerabilities to their normal daily operational model and supported both classroom and self-study training. The TSA Program Manager and CSS-Dynamac project manager both received awards for this training, which was also officially approved by DOT.
